At Chophouse Steakhouse, we know our beef cuts are the best and we stand behind it.
If your order does not arrive frozen (may be partially thawed but still chilled) or fresh (chilled to the touch) please contact us immediately so we have the opportunity to make it right.

The quality of our beef cuts is our highest priority. We reserve the right to inspect all products. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us to arrange returning your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds or replacements. We do not provide refunds on consumed Chophouse Steakhouse products.
