Just like all Porterhouses, you get awesome steaks in one cut—a succulent tenderloin and a rich flavourful striploin in one beefy package. But for our Chophouse Porterhouse, we’ve done the work of taking it off the bone for you. You can’t eat the bone anyway, so why pay for the weight? Our Boneless Porterhouse comes in two sizes, 20 oz. and 24 oz. of nothing but meaty magnificence. You get a 14 oz. or 16 oz. striploin steak, married with a 6 oz. or 8 oz. tenderloin steak. This Porterhouse will bring down the house. All you have to do is thaw, cook and go to town.
